The ever-popular Star Power ® Universities are back! Originally introduced in 1997, these two-day intensive programs focused on the most effective aspects of a successful real estate business, from best practices for working with listings and buyer specialization to leadership and team building.

The Mastery University classes are packed with deep-dive, interactive learning and are taught by a carefully selected cadre of Star Power Stars who specialize in what they’re teaching. These Stars practice what they teach, as each is a successful REALTOR ® in their respective markets throughout North America. Learn to be the best from the best!

There will be plenty of hands-on activities, such as scripts and dialog mastering and cultivating your database and systems for connecting with potential clients, proven marketing strategies that put you top of mind in your community, and the successful management of your schedule. Add to that working lunches as a group, as well as the addition of eight bi weekly group coaching sessions to ensure that you implement the strategies and systems to keep you moving forward toward your goals.
