AARON CHADBOURNE

Aaron Chadbourne, a 2023 Star, is the owner and designated broker of The Real Estate Group serving the Portland, Maine, region. He is also team leader of “Demetria’s Team.” Aaron Chadbourne has been licensed to sell real estate in Maine since 2002, growing up in a real estate family. His mother, Demetria Chadbourne (named a Star in 1995), built the high-performing real estate company Aaron took over in 2019. Aaron graduated from Harvard College and is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. Before returning to the family business, Aaron worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company (widely recognized as the global leader in management and strategy consulting) and as Senior Policy Advisor to the Governor of Maine. Aaron currently serves as First Vice President of the Greater Portland (Maine) Board of Realtors and a Director of the Maine Association of Realtors.
