DAVID'S STORY

With almost 50 years of housing industry experience, David’s in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, construction processes, new housing projects, and historical construction timelines is invaluable to his Team and clients. David worked as a Home Builder for 18 years before becoming a Realtor in 1992. Shortly after, he started his team concept by hiring his first assistant in 1993 and the next in 1995. David had a team before teams were common and cool. In 2023, David reached a career sales volume of over a billion dollars with more than 6,000 closed transaction sides. He has been ranked in the top 1% of agents every year since 1992.

David takes education seriously and strives to be at the top of his game. His designations testify to his desire to consistently deliver the best client experiences, including ABR, AHS, CRB, CDPE, CLHMS, CRS, e-Pro, GRI, MGRI, and SRES. David has completed the MIBOR Real Estate Academy of Leadership, the Indiana Realtors Leadership Academy, and, most recently, the training to be a Certified Real Estate Coach. In addition to that, he keeps abreast of the latest technologies, home staging techniques, luxury home marketing strategies, and how best to assist those clients facing short sale or foreclosure, among other things.

David volunteers in his personal life, and many roles in industry governance organizations to ensure the standards of real estate professionals are constantly being enhanced. His involvement as an interviewed Star with the leading industry organization Star Power creates the opportunity to give back and help the industry he loves as a speaker, mentor, and coach.

David and wife Jane have been married since 1978 and have two daughters, two sons-in-law and four grandchildren. David’s hobbies include motorcycle riding, fishing, boating, dining out, traveling with friends, and spending time with his family.
